KFS COLORIDO is special polyester yarns made with dope dyed coloring system.

Dope dyed coloring system is one of the most enviromental friendly dyeing system. This coloring method energy saving, has no water consumtion and no industrial waste with toxic chemical for dyeing. Dope dyed yarns are created by adding masterbetch colorant to the polymer melt in spinning for coloring that substituted the more polluting process of kettle dyeing. Apart from being enviromental friendly color performance such as color fastness, UV resistant, color uniformity and color lot repeats are much better than tradiona kettle dyeing method.

All of our the latest technology machineries have dyeing dosing unit and many products we produce, including special products such as bicomponent and motheryarn, can be produced as dope dyed.
